Has anybody heard anything about the Woodlands? Good or bad?

I went there last night to take a look...I loved the outside. It was gorgeous...perfect for a ceremony and pix. The inside was a bit dated, not really my style. But they seemed to offer a lot for the price they gave us. FH was impressed and liked it. Plus they have a golf course..

I just went to a wedding there...I thought the place was beautiful...the main room was a bit too dark for me though...

I couldn't agree more....that was one of the 5 places fh and I looked...loved that it was on a golf course...but didn't blow us away...very reasonably priced and everything was nice...Did not like that they have a restaurant and I think that they your guests will utilize the same entrance as those people going to the restaurant....Good luck!!

I'm getting married there so of course I'm biased. But I LOVE it! You have to love the turn of the century type look. The food is amazing!! FH and I ate there for our 6 year anniversary, and it was just incredible! FM me if you have any questions!

I'm getting married there a month from today actually, I love it, especially the fact that there is only one wedding at a time. All the food we've tasted has been fantastic, and the staff are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate anything you need. FM me if you have any questions about it!!!!

I went to look there and thought it was gorgeous!!! It was way out of my price range, but i really wish it wasn't bc i thought the old look was so classic. I felt like i was in a scene from the great gatsby. the staff was really nice, and the golf course is a great feature. I got the same quote as mentioned above, but that was for a saturday night in april. So for an october afternoon it would probably be around the same. HTH.
