So I went tonight for my drop-off and meeting with Sally. But Sally wasnt there. Even though yesterday she told me she would be. Steve was there and he said he would be running things the night of our wedding. I asked about Antonio - because a lot of people said he was great - and Steve didnt know who Antonio was. So I went though everything for the millionth time with Steve. Steve seems very nice and gave me his cell phone number to call him no matter what and promised (like the other 5) that he would be there on Saturday no matter what. Let's see.

Ugh - thats so frustrating -- try not to worry, it will be amazing. But they seriously need to get their shyt together!!!

Urgh..I am so sorry you are dealing with all of this!!! The Woodlands is such a beautiful place but I just don't understand what is going on right now with their banquet managers!

ummmm how does Steve not know who Antonio is? I had Antonio and Steve as my Maitre'ds for the wedding....so they obv have worked together.

Really? Thats so funny! I said to him, 'It was recommended I talk to Antonio - is he here'? And he said 'Antonio? Who's that?' And then he turned to look at the lady (dont know who she was) was was there taking notes - and she shrugged! So I assumed he was hired after Anotonio and that maybe Antonio left! So frustrating!

UMMMMM NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!! what the heck is wrong with them?! Steve BROUGHT antonio into the bridal suite the night of my final meeting and INTRODUCED HIM to me and my father!!!!!!!!!

Sally was useless to me basically. If she was on the street next to me I probably wouldn't know who she was. She never responded to one of my emails and it took her days to get back to me to answer the simplest of questions.
Steve, Sam (bridal Attendant) and Tommy were all FANTASTIC.

Oh no! I'm getting married at The Woodlands 11/11/11 and you're making me nervous. So far I have been dealing with Debbie and she has been wonderful! Anyone know her? I know she is relatively new...

LOL I know how you feel about Sally - I thought that was completely unprofessional and during the food tasting I let the Woodlands have it. And from that moment on I didn't have to deal with Sally nor Eileen. I told them I refuse to deal with them as well since they both were unresponsive.

I had my final drop off at the Woodlands on MOnday! I dropped off so much stuff! My wedding is this weekend! So far no major issues and i'm so excited because the weather looks like it will be amazing!
