The Woodlands Minimums

I saw something on here about someone not meeting their minimum for the Woodlands, but I don't remember who I wanted to see what the result was????

Hi Ladies- It's Margaret, The Sales Director at The Woodlands. I can answer your question for you.

Your minimum adult count is the number of adult guests that you are required to pay for.
Having said that, it depends on how many guests you are shy of.

If you are off your minimum by a few, we can either take your vendors and children and count them into your adult minimum OR we can offer you food to take home. Parents usually love a few rare filet mignons to take for the next day. Who wants to cook after such a celebration?

Now in some cases, we are off by many more than a few. If you cannot meet your minimum, we will gladly include upgrades to your wedding to compensate for the unattending guests. This happened last October for a military wedding. Some of the guests were deployed before the reception and we included amazing upgrades. The family was so happy. You can always have fill-ins but they would count as an adult guest. Maybe we will see you in August? ; ) Laura is a fabulous bride and we will take great care of her.
