HAHA!!! Im already in cuffs!!! A company that mine deals with sent me an assortment of gourmet brownies to my house the other day for christmas. Well they werent all that big so i began taking a bite here and there. After the box was gone in two days (no i wasnt the only one eating them!!) i found the nutritional information on a tiny little piece of paper at the bottom. I was so depressed i had to eat another brownie
You wont get arrested, just make it a bad meal and dont turn it into a bad day!!!

well, at least you could count the lettuce towards 1 serving of veggies on the healthy guidelines page! I've been terrible lately too! FH got shocked one night when I took out the scale to weigh my piece of chicken, after eating bar food the night before!

LOLLLLL OMG you brought back so many memories of when I was on WW. And the problem is that although you feel guilty after you eat it , it will taste DELICIOUS. (Not good advice so I suggest you stop reading here but...) If you're going to cheat then you might as well get a #1 with cheese
