I was so excited to get my order and they completely screwed it all up. I ordered a jewelry set that I read reviews on and they were great. I also shopped around on other sites and they had the best quality and the best price. I get a little dingy- what looks like a kids necklace instead. UGH, ordering online has been a nightmare so far and the returns are annoying too! So disappointed in them, they are reputable, how could they mess up something so freaking simple! I have time to fix it but its still annoying!

Ugh! So sorry! This is why I am nervous to do any wedding purchases!!! I love things I see online and can't find things like it in the store, and then it ends up not being what you think it is...
