Okay so Im thinking of changing from a Fall theme to a winter them. So far i have seen some great ideas for winter and since my wedding is 11/30/07 I can really go either way. This decesion making is a pain in the butt!!!!!

Re: Theme change (possibly)
I know the feeling about the decision making I can't stand it either!
I think you could go either way with the theme. If you haven't bought too many things in the way of fall specifically, the change would be easy. Take a look at what you have, either way it's going to be beautiful I'm sure!

You can definitely do either with an 11/30 wedding date. First I'd like to say that I love the fall and leaves and pumpkins but lately I've really been drawn to snowflakes and winter themed weddings. When we went for invitations, my favorite ones were the ones with the subtly sparkly snowflakes. Just make sure you do what you and fh like best.

I was also in the same position as you. I am getting married on Nov. 25, so I could do fall or winter as well, and I decided to do a winter wedding because I spoke with my catering hall and they told me everything will be decorated for Christmas, so I did not want to look silly doing a fall theme when their will be Christmas trees and lights around.

Yeah, the Chateau Briand put up their Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving, so thats what makes me lean more toward the christmas theme!!

I would go with the winter theme. I think there are more options. Also, if the reception location decorates, it will be decorated for winter immediately after thanksgiving.

You could do a little bit of both. My SIL and Brother married in Nov. and did Navy dresses & vests, jack frost candles on each of the tables, but fall colored bo-q's to make the darker colors stand out.

Either way you can't go wrong-I love both Autumn and Winter and there are so many options either way. Good luck!
