What would be a great theme for a birthday party for a guy whose turning 21?

oh you know what i did for my fiance's 30th? a casino party..it was so fun..i was nervous and thought that it wouldnt be fun cause it was fake money being used but it was real cool..these dealers come in tuxedos and hand out money to everyone..and whoever is throwing the party sets up a prize at the end of the day ..1st 2nd and 3rd prize. and it makes it more fun..its like 4 hours and they have package deals..depending on how many people you have.. you can find them on casinopartynights.com ask for tony ..they were all really cool..and they teach you how to play..its just relaxed and fun!!!
