Do I have to have one? I really do not have the extra money I would love to use FINALLY as a theme somehow because we are together almost 7 years and by then it will be almost 8 years Are you ladies having a theme? I wouldn't even know what to pick if I didn't have a budget.....

Re: Themes
Not really a theme - more like a color scheme (green and yellow). Actually after we found our invitation which has this awesome sunflower image we've incorporated sunflowers into everything (especially the DIY stuff).

Re: Themes
I don't have a theme - we have a certain color palette we're using and going for a more simple, elegant approach.
I don't think you need to have one just have consistency across your wedding that ties everything in :)

Re: Themes
I don't think you need a theme at all! Other than colors I can't really see doing something very 'themey' I am using feathers and peacock colors, so I guess thats a theme... but I don't want to overkill.. so just little touches here and there.
your wedding IS your theme

Re: Themes
Our theme is wine or vineyard. It playing off the wine colors in our stuff, and like bottles and corks used in decor. A theme shouldn't have to cost you extra, its just an idea that you incorporate to what you are already doing. In no way do you have to have a theme, we weren't planning on having one until we realized we wanted a vineyard wedding so recreating one was the next best thing.

Re: Themes
We are using the Mets as a theme although it is not going to be all about the Mets but they will be brought into the wedding.
