Themes & Colors?

Have you ladies decided on themes/colors for you wedding? What inspired you?

Me and FH are obsessed with all things Celestial (suns moons and stars) so it was only fitting that this would be our theme. We chose royal blue with hints of gold and silver. We fell in love with CB because of the colors and art-deco style, and when I saw the constellations painted on one of the ceilings I would have given my right arm to book! lol

We are doing Navy Blue because we are both die hard Yankees fans. Any accents will be white and silver.

FH already suggested a Mets theme...As a Yankee fan i said 'H*LL NO!!!'

Amen!! Plus, I don't know about orange and royal blue, I don;t think I would have done that if I Mets fan even.

Hahhaha i love those colors! And im a mets fan :)

Im doing fall colors but my moh is going to wear a deep purple like eggplant or plum and the orange flowers really pop against it

I originally wanted black and white with an accent color... but now it's looking like maybe a more vintage feel with black, white, and deep purples. .. and pink flowers. I guess I'll just piece it all together eventually

I was going to go with white black and silver...BUT my dress I think I am going to get is champagne/gold so now I'm completely lost any ideas welcome, I was thinking plum, emerald, or wine hehehe

I didnt know what i wanted but after looking at different colors, weddings and dresses/flowers I am leaning on the colors:
pink
fuschia
lime green
ivory

I dont know if these are too much colors--but i dont care LOL. i will try to intertwine them and make them look good...plus my wedding is in the summer and i dont want my girls wearing black or something dark.....its my opinion

We are doing blue and orange (we are going to bring in yellow and pink to the flowers). We are huge Mets fans so we are going to do a baseball/mets theme.

But I am guessing that is not a big surprise since how we got engaged! lol

My friend in CT is doing Peacock. I'm so excited to be a BM for that wedding! It's going to be so much fun! The colors are definitely awesome!
