I called the police 4 times because they kept coming in and out of here. I am around the corner from the 1st percinct and it took 20 minutes for them to get here. they have them cornered and they have the gun now but I have not seen them take them out

Is this normal? They are still in the car the 2 cops (there were 3) are sitting in the their cars filling out reports. One cop has the gone. This thing has a scope and one of those things that rests in your arm pit. Why are they sitting there? These guys don't live here. UGH I am shaking that they are not going to arrest these guys and they are going to figure out that I called the cops since I walked right past them when they had the gun out!

The cops left- they took the gun and left these guys here. They are still here hanging out ***! Now I am too scared to walk out of the door and have them confront me! UGH!
