there is a straycat loose on my complex ground(updated)

his owner last week moved out of his apartment and left him behind me and some other people have been taking care of him feeding him and giving him water . i am trying to find a place for him or find a non kill shelter for him he is orange and white i posted pics before on my digital camera.

good news someone tok the cat in. my prayers have been answered! i found out this morning. thanks for all of your help.

How can someone just leave a cat behind.

If I didn't already have two I would consider it.

thats absolutely disgusting that someone would leave that sweet little thing behind

i hope someone takes him/her in....i hate animals being mistreated

There is Little Shelter in Huntington... they take in strays and those not wanted anymore. You can give them a try....

That is one of the cruelest, CRUELEST things a person can do. It amazes me sometimes the depths to which we can sink. If my apt. complex allowed pets, I would drive all the way from NJ and make that cat my own. I surely hope he gets a good home or at least a reputable animal shelter. Bless you for looking out for him.

Not wanting a pet any more is one thing but leaving it to fend for itself is horrible!

thanks! today he ate the food i bought him. i am going to have to put out the other canned food for tonight. i really hope someone will want him.i mean there are 3 other people beside me helping him out too but i hope one of us finds a home for him.
