there is always a catch
I have found the elixir for my laziness.
Cappuccino's.
when I have one in the afternoon, I am able to run/gym and do all the other things I need to do with energy.
without it I am a walking zombie at the end of the day.
The ONLY place near my office that has a decent cappuccino would like to bankrupt me.
A large cap and a small (and I mean 1/8 larger in diameter than a quarter) choco chip cookie is $5.15,
that's almost as expensive as my lunch.
that's $25 a week. for energy.
but it's the only thing that works.
I think my sexy asss is depending on them.
