Thermo Sculpt / Bio Sculpt

Does anyone know or have used these?

I bought them at my gym (Lucille Roberts in massapequa) I really wanted something to jump start my workout routine and lose some inches on my hips before the wedding. Two years ago I was in perfect shape for my body and i was working out 5-6 times a week.. but then we found out my aunt had bone cancer and my neighbor died and I just didnt feel as into working out and going to the gym when there was all these sad things going on. My aunt died in October and my wedding is in September and i need to get back into it.
ANYWAY, I called my doctor and asked if its okay that i take these and she got on the phone and said, 'IF YOU DIE, I CANNOT BRING YOU BACK' lol... so she said i shouldnt take it...
but i need to lose just a few inches by september!!! plus i bought them and started taking it already...

I used to work at LR so I know...Thermo sculpt is OK but it dosen't really work that great...Biosculpt is AWESOME but you HAVE TO take it before you go to bed, drink plenty of water, and eat no less than 3 hours before you take it...it should also be used in conjunction with diet and exercise....it works best with Low Carb diets honestly...then it REALLY works....it makes your skin, hair and nails better too...IMHO instead of the thermosculpt take Chromium Pecolinate- they sell it at CVS. 500mg aught to do it....if you have the receipt you can return the Thermosculpt to LR and they'll refund you ur $$$.

HTH! Good Luck...any more ???s FM me...I'm a personal trainer

The only thing that is going to get you in shape is eating right and exercising - there is no magic pill that actually works. What's worse is that these things aren't FDA-approved, so there's no real way to tell what is in them. Usually it ends up being a bunch of harmless, but useless, ingredients, but there are some products that can be very harmful to your health.

See this link for some information on false advertising claims for weight loss products.
