They accepted our bid!

OMG, we saw, we bid, they accepted in all about 2 hours.! Now we need to sell our house immediately! I am so excited I could pee myself!

Awesome! Congrats! IS your house for sale? I'm so nervous about buying/selling. It was so much easier to buy when I was renting! Any suggestions? You must be so excited!

My husand and I were trying to decide if it made more sense to find a house and then sell ours, or vice versa. We're kind of hoping everything will just work themselves out. I guess they will.
