We are having a house bult, and we have been waiting for permits for ever, and today they finally came to clear the land. We are so excited, the is the first sign of progress!!! Hopefully next week they will come and start the foundation!!!

His mom is doing that, and it is so annoying!! They are obsessed about the trees, and which ones are staying, since they sold us the land. THey even wanted us to keep a tree with high roots, even though there is no grass aorund it, and they ahve tried so many time to grow grass there.
Congratulations! That must be so exciting!! I know how you feel with the waiting - We've been in contract for two months and still no cleared land

You should take pictures of each step that is done, and then you can create a photo album or make a webpage....

Shelzyp- that seems to be VERY common! A friend of ours just moved into their new home more than 10 months behind schedule! The house they bought is in a brand new development of about 15 homes. When they purchased their home, House 1 was done house 2 was in the process, they are house #10 and it too almost 2 years for them to get in!!!!!!
