They can't find my dress!

After calling a few times and nobody ever getting back to me, I walked in to David's to see if my dress came in. They don't have it and don't know where it is. I spoke with the mgr and she assured me that this would be rectified and for me not to worry. She said she would find out where it went and call me within a week. She told me that she will make sure she gets my dress in time.

Try not to worry, although I know that's hard. Being that your wedding is in November, you still have time yet. I'm sure the manager will do something to find out what is going on. If in a week you don't hear back, I would definitely walk in again rather than call. Good luck and try not to worry - everything will be fine I'm sure!!

Which David's Bridal is it? Is it the one in Carle Place? They lost my friends dress also. The good news is, they eventually found it and it looked great.

This is not that uncommon. Dresses are shipped to David's all over the US. I am sure they will track it down. I think it ***** that you had to ask them where it was, but give her a week. I bet it is just at the wrong location.

okay this just stinks. enough said. but they WILL Find it. Because it cannot be 'lost' - it's out there in David's Bridal land. Just be patient. Stay on top of it. Is there a tracking number they can give you? Good luck and let us know when it turns up.
