I used David's bridal and my dress was supposed to come in in April but i never heard anything...I kept calling and calling. I finally got in touch with someone who knew where my dress was...hanging on there rack with all the others in the sample section. Who knows if anyone tried it on. Gross!

My dress was tried on (stained and hooks snapped) by other girls while all they were supposed to do was press the darn thing before I picked it up and once I realized where their alterations department was, I now KNOW that at least one dress I tried on there must have belonged to another bride by the garment bag and it coming out of alterations.
They wouldn't do anything for me and my credit card wouldn't let me dispute anything even though it wasn't ready for a month after the pick up date on my receipt and it was delivered to me destroyed (cause a stain on the bustline of a silk dress is not the condition I paid!) and while the dress has pretty much been fixed I bought a new one.
Good luck dealing with them, while my BMs had no trouble I think DB are creeps!

Thats terrible!!!!! Can you have them order you another dress? i would def ask, I dont want my wedding dress being tried on by all these other women. It isnt something that is supposed to be on the rack

my moms dress came in and they never called me either...i just think davids bridal needs to step up because their customer service ***** sometimes

yeah i had a similar situation when I ordered a bm dress from there for a friends wedding.
i hadn't heard for a few weeks past the date they had told me so i called. The woman was like yeah its here but we don't hold dresses longer than 2 weeks so if you dont pick it up tomorrow we will send it back. I was like UMM NO, no one called me so I have 2 weeks from today!!!! w t f

One of my BMs never found out that her dress FINALLY came in last week. . .because they claimed to be e-mailing ME about it, but supposedly the message 'bounced back.' I find that hard to believe about the e-mail since I received messages about the other three girls with NO PROBLEMS. THEN, DB had the audacity to tell my friend that the dress couldn't be found because they had been looking for it under MY name instead of HER name. . .ugh. This was after they claimed that they couldn't get a dress to her that fit in my color until after the wedding. . .that took some creative finagling!!!
