thigh highs/garters? under your gown?

thigh highs/garters? under your gown?

This is probably a dumb question...

but did anyone wear thigh highs with the lacy tops under their gowns?

not sure what I should wear under my gown... my dress is having cups built in, so i don't need a bra... but i wanted something 'pretty' under

also, how much do thigh highs cost, and where can i get them? TIA!! :)

They have nice one at VS!! About $30..I think! In my opinion..you need to have thin or toned upper thighs otherwise, fat will hang over the lacey part! i'am thin and this happens to me! Needless to say, I cannot wear them. I would try them first.
