I do weight lifting at the gym on the machines. The leg machines are great. I really see a difference. There is also class there for the lower body sculpting that I think can help with that. I have never taken the class though.

theres many exercises, pilates, lunges, running, its not ONE exercise that will do it...infact you should do different types of exercise bc this way you work each muscle group instead of doing the same moves over and over....plus once your body gets used to those moves and pace then you will have to work even harder to burn the fat...theres alot of thigh toning exercise

didn't you ask about arms also yesterday...i would just work out in general, not just find a specific exercise for arms or legs

STAIRS!! lunges, squats (also good for the tushy ) leg press, inner and outter thigh press (to tone the inner and outter things) anything that tightens the buns will also help with thighs!

i majored in Athletic Training in college so if anyone has any questions, ill try and help

Lay on your right side and cross your left leg over your right leg. Now lift the right left striaght up to the ceiling. That is the BEST inner thigh exercise. After a while get an ankle weight.
