Re: Thin Pork Chops
we eat them all the time!!!!
dip them in light buttermilk, BUT in the buttermilk mix in some garlic powder and a little cayenne pepper first. Then bread and fry. Finish the cooking by baking on a tray with a rack on it in the oven, alot of the extra oil comes off of them that way!!!!

OMG you just got me so hungry for this! Porkchops, mashed potatoes, and applesauce is my total comfort food dish (haven't had it in a while because FI isn't a huge fan of pork chops but he did like it the one time I made them). I too Shake and Bake all the way

350-375 Degree's and since they are thin i would do 6-7 min on each side (Depending how thin) and just take a knife and slice the thickest one in the middle to make sure no longer pink inside. Pork is def a meat you want to cook all the way through! And you can do the same timing for both.
Oooo another good mariande is a cup of terriaki sauce with 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice! And cook with some pineapples on top! I use this for my kabobs!

Re: Thin Pork Chops
'Boneless Pork Chops With Orange'
Ingredients:
* 4 boneless pork chops * canola oil * salt and pepper * 4 tablespoons flour * 1 medium onion, sliced * 1/3 cup corn syrup or Lyle's Golden Syrup * 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar * 1/2 cup orange juice
Preparation: Put enough canola oil in a large skillet to coat the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; dredge with the flour. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat; add pork chops and brown for about 5 minutes on each side. Add the sliced onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until onions are lightly browned. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the pork chops. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until pork chops are tender. Serve with rice or potatoes. Serves 4.

Haha! I like Shake & Bake too!!! I put Saucey Susan on top while I am baking them (which is kinda similar to duck sauce). Delish!
