Why do you have to bring a lump sum of money? I did not have to bring any money last night. Make sure that items that were discussed when you booked are marked down and make sure times that were discussed are right too.

It's on the contract that 80% of the balance is due 2 months before the wedding.

No that is the way the Manor East works. My last payment was not that much though. The biggest payment will be my final payment which is due three days before.

The balance is due 2 MONTHS before? My balance was due 4 DAYS before. I didn't even give a final count until 7 Days before. And, two days after that, Leonard's let me remove 2 people...

Not the entire balance... 80% is due 2 months prior. Then the remaining balance is the week before, along with the head count.

OH, they changed it a little. For me, 70% was due 3 months before.

But, they are VERY flexible and helpful. You are definitely in good hands!!!
