My MOH who lives in Canada just received a phone call that her sister who is 42 has uterus cancer....it is a big shock to all of us. They don't know when they will schedule the operation (hysterectomy) but most likely it will be around the time of wedding....so of course my MOH will have to travel to be with her sister who lives in Europe.

Not only I will be left with no MOH (who can be replaced) but my cousin (the one that is sick) will have an operation which of course is uncertain.

I am crying right now and don't even want to think about my upcoming wedding.......

My cousin (the one that is sick) had a biopsy done again he other day and it turns out that the doctors had the wrong diagnosis.Can you belive that???? ..she does NOT have uterus cancer...it is a viral infection which will be cured.....

I am so relieved!!!! she might be even coming to the wedding!!!!!!

Ladies thank you so much!!!! Your support means more to me than anything......

She is still getting more tests done and second opinions but it looks like she has a second degree cancer which is very serious. They are hoping that it did not spread. I am praying for her that everything will work out fine. There is a lot of cancer in my family so this is just another hit to us.

If MOH needs to leave and be with her sister, she has my full support. She is so upset about the whole (wedding) situation and the timing. She wants to be there for me on my wedding day but I told her if she needs to be with her sister, do not think twice. I can always ask one of bridesmaids to be MOH.
