things remembered rant..........

SO I went to things remembered in lake grove today to buy a bracelet for my flower girl.first I had to say exuse me for the guy to even help me. Then I asked him what happens if it doesnt fit what can I do. He tells me I dont know were not a jewelry store. I bit my tougue and said well can I bring it somewhere like a fleamarket or something if it doesnt fit. He goes again were not a jewelry store we jsut ingrave thats in. So now im pissed and im like um I KNOW YOUR NOT A JEWELRY STORE but is there someone here who may know b/c idont want to buy it if nothing can be done. Hes like nope noone thats here now knows, and didnt even ask anyone. Hes like well maybe you can have someone measure her wrist to see what size she is/ Im like what is this guy for real. I said never mind and they lost a sale b/c this guy was soo rude. Im soooo ad I jsut wrote them an email to letting them no about my experiance

The way the economy is today, I don't understand retail workers with that attitude. People with a bad attitude who get numerous complaints against them that lose sales when sales are so scarce to begin with will just be out of a job.

you should totally send the company a letter. One time I had such a horrible experience with 1800 flowers - I mean HORRIBLE - that I wrote them the longest letter telling them about what happened, which I never do, and I sent it to their CEO, COO, VP of Ops and Online division manager and they called me so fast! I got a free 50 bucks!

I actually just emailed them... b/c I really love that store like I got my guestbook from them and everything so I sent them a looooong email. Hopefully the idiot will get in trouble. Ill keep you guys updated and let you know whatthey write back

Melissa, you made the guy sound nice. He was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. He was ridiculous, and so was the other employee in there......

He could have been nice and said, 'I'm sorry that i can't help you, let me find someone who can.'

Nooooooooo he just kept repeating very rudely that you weren't in a jewelry store
