I agree with the above posts. Also don't forget about 'acts of g-d' cancellations. Like a snowstorm on the day of that is not your fault.

also I have heard of some girls getting the specific ballroom they booked changed on them. So make sure the rooms you have are also written down. Basically if you go in with questions, bring them a copy and tell them they must write down their answers, sign it, and attach it to the contract and give you a photocopy.

Definitely have them include the start and end times of the ceremony (if at RH), cocktail hour, and reception in addition to the rooms that each will be in.
