I would look for your DJ and photographer before they book up!!!
I would agree. If your having a band or DJ, videographer and photographer you should start trying to book them.
I do have photographer appt's booked for this week/next week. But I didn't realize how much other people have done already. When I went to one photographer and they said they already had 4 or 5 brides booked that day - I sort of thought they were lying to pressure me into booking quickly.

I am in the same boat... I am still working on the church.. I need to get moving.
I would say that once you have photographer, reception and ceremony location and dj/band then you're okay. Those are the big vendors and the ones that book up the quickest. Next on my list is a minister and florist. We're waiting for the summer to start looking at dresses.
