instead of a party!! there is this nice Italian Rest we love and maybe having a dinner there not too many people about 30 tops ! is this a stupid idea?

ours kinda are too lol but i figured justtttt imed. family and bridal party so i managed to keep it to 30 lol it helps that most of my aunts live out of town

i think its a great idea. We had a engagement dinner at one of our favorite local restuarants with some close friends and family and it was a great turn out, and a lot cheaper than having a full blown out e-party !

We aren't haven't a DJ either I am bringing my ipod and speakers and playing that, so i guess we are having a luncheon too !!!

we are having ours at the milleridge carriage house it is a sit down dinner with a cocktail hour and open bar and i think we are paying less than $50

its a good idea. People wont expect things like a dj and stuff like that for a dinner so dont worry about things like that.

i am doing the same thing, but a luncheon at an italian restaurant, no DJ. It will be around 60 people.

No thats a good idea...I was originally going to do that but in order to have even my BP come the list would have been too much to have a dinner (my immediate family is really big!) but I love the idea of a quiet little get together to celebrate
