Thinking back...Is there something you did for your wedding that

you feel wasn't worth it?

I was thinking about it and I went nuts over getting my picture cards and building a website for it and in the end, NO ONE posted a single picture lol. I wasted only $50 and a few hours, but if I knew than what I knew now... I would have skipped it.

What about you?

we spent waaaay too many hours on our place cards. if i knew that making jordan almond flowers took that long, i probably would have thought twice

and i probably would have not bothered with OOT baskets - i was doing them the night before the wedding and didnt really care at that point anyway, but i bought the stuff

oh, and i never heard anyone say anything about bathroom baskets. not even sure if they were there....

aside from that, i was ok.

lol this sounds awful but i don't think ANYTHING was worth it. i had a great time, just not THAT great that spending so many thousands of dollars (and hours of work & stress & drama) makes sense.

i almost agree with this. i have had too many arguments with people, and i saw sides I didn't know existed, cried waaaaaaaaaay to many times, and again, the money. could have bought a house.

AGREED with both statements! I was just thinking about this today. Is it wrong that I wish my wedding never happened and I could do it all over again and not do this huge thing. I was MISERABLE for 21 months and right up to getting my proofs back I HATE it all and I feel terrible feeling this way! I just want to cry when I think about the wedding.

I cheaped out a lot...so I dont really have too much to complain about. But, I will say that I probably would have nixed the OOT bags. No one veen mentioned them!

I may have rethought the $2K, 15 minute Bentley ride. That was unnecessary. We could have just hopped in the other limo I guess.

ITA with this! This was one of the things DH HAD to have and I wish I would've put my foot down and said no

I don't know... there were a lot of little extras I shelled out for and even if one person mentioned them I think it was worth it... I really don't regret anything about the day! Maybe I wouldn't have sent out RD invites or spent as much as I did on the wedding invites... other than that I can't think of anything.

I'm struggling with that now!! I know my FH likes cars but I think its insane to spend that much money for a ride from church to RH. Did anyone ride with BP in one limo?

I can honestly say that everything I did I thought over like 5 times before doing so, so I dont regret anything I did
