Thinking of Joining weight watchers...

I've been trying to 'wing' this diet and I am slowly starting to fade. I've been dieting for 4 weeks and have only lost 2 pounds

Maybe If I go to the meetings, It will help me??

WW ladies has it helped you maintain a diet? and is counting points really annoying???

At first it was annoying to count points- but now it just comes natuaral. I kind of know how many points I use for certain foods i eat. What has helped big time is the online tools. I love the meetings and being able to do it online. This past Monday was my 3rd WI and I have lost 5 lbs all together. Its a slow process but its worth it

It does really work, but I find I hit a threshold where I'm just soooooo freakin annoyed by the whole thing and then I eat whatever....that's usually after 10lbs. I haven't found a way to push past that yet...maybe I'll give it a go the next time around.

I just started in Jamuary, and I love it! I have lost 9 lbs!
Do it online for a bit, then when you get the hang of it, you can stop paying for that!
I google different recipes every day and make them for dinner! Best is to google WW Crock pot recipes...and it has all the points values and everything!
I even have my FH doing it too!!!
Good Luck!

I wouldnt suggest 'getting the hang of it' and then cancelling your membership simply because you get very lenient with yourself and you tend to forget what your portions are really supposed to be eating... The main concern with WW is TRACK THOSE POINTS!!!!!! If you do that, you cant go wrong.

I started WW two weeks ago and lost a little over 9 pounds. It's so worth it! But it is definetly important to track your points EVERYDAY. Good luck!!

I did it a few years ago and lost 20 -- I had a great leader who had great meetings. the only thing is that i stopped going to meetings once i became lifetime bc the people at the meetings annoyed me so much. silly i guess

Do it I lost 40 pounds in 5months with WW I couldnt do it with out them...I tried everything before like counting calories and no carbs but your soo hungry you over eat other things...I find WW is a lifestyle Ive become used to its not a diet I just have a routine. Good Luck
