So I left work early on Monday, was out yesterday and I'm out today because I'm so sick...coughing, sneezing, congestion, fever, extreme fatigue... is there a point at which I should be concerned?? Should I be calling my Dr.?

You should probably just call and let them know your symptoms. They'll tell you what you can take for it. If you have a fever, please keep track of it bc if it goes too high and stays for too long that may be something to be concerned about.
Hope your feel better. Drink lots of fluids and get some rest.

I'd call your OB and just tell them what's up and have them make the call.
How high is your fever? Have you been taken Tylenol?
Most likely there just gonna tell you saline, tylenol and maybe sudafed..
Just keep blowing your nose so it doesn't go to your sinus, get rest and get tons of fluids... make Dh get you some icepops too :)
