This August - need Rehersal/Out of Town Dinner Locale for 50 pp

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a suffolk county spot to host a dinner of about 50 people? Something not too fancy but not too casual either. If the locale could be within 30 minutes from Smithtown that would be great. Its a Saturday night too so I'm sure that will make it tough.
