This CANNOT be happening again NO NO NO

Ok, so on Tuesday, the lady I planned to book for make up realized she had another wedding the same day and couldn't make the time work. So I get on the phone and on the vendors page and find someone else in my price range. She says the date is good and all is well for her to do my wedding - In 3 weeks....
So after 2 days of calling and emailing to set up an appt time for the day, she emails me back tonight that she can't. Valid reason, but I seriously doubt that it is something that JUST came up in the last 48 hours.
Why can't people just tell me they aren't available instead of wasting my time when I have so precious little time left???

So, tomorrow morning it's back to the drawing board - AGAIN!!!!

oh, how frustrating! if you are still looking, i am using Denise with Angel Eyes. or you could check out the mall makeup counters or maybe your hair salon does makeup? if you are having a hair person travel to your home, sometimes they have people they recommend too. plus, i'm sure the LIW girls will have suggestions too. good luck!

AWW I am so sorry. I don't understand why they would waste your time. They should check their books before agreeing to a wedding. Yeah what is you price range-maybe we can help by doing some research for you and saving you a little time.

I want to have make up done for:

Myself - Bride
3 Mothers
1 Grandmother

I would like for them to be available for touch ups after the pictures.

We are getting ready at the Sheraton Long Island in Hauppauge and getting married at The Venetian Yacht Club in Babylon.

Thanks for your help ladies. I really appreciate it. Going to email Denise now and see what I can come up with.

Oh, price range... I would like to do this for $500 or less. Can go over a little but not much.

Denise Lee Salon could also provide make up services and they're on the vendor page. I'm using them for my hair and not make up, but Greg could work with you to help provide something at the salon!
