This fair.....

This fair.....

So at work I just so happen to see the schedule of dec. and I saw that I'm working both Christmas eve and day. I'm really pissed and I feel like I always get the last say now I can't do anything and I'm working new years eve too... I really hope some of the jobs I apply for call me I can't stand this anymore
I'm sorry but I think everyone should take turns and just bc they been there for a while they r off..... Arrrr

Oh no! That really isnt fair that you're working all 3 holidays! I understand the concept of seniority, but when it comes to the holidays everyone should have at least one off! Hopefully something better comes your way real soon!

Aww that really sucks! I agree.. u should atleast get 1 holiday off and ppl should take turns.

Agreed...at my job we sent a 3wish list to our coordinator who told he would try to accommodate our requests...I wound up having to work thanksgiving day and black Friday and new years day, but I'm off Christmas eve, Christmas, and new years eve...

I wish that would happen the problem is that everyone at my job is self centered and no one will work for me ...plus they dont care about me and i heard this happened to the other supervisor that were b/f me and thats why they left....sucks

My wish is that i will get a new job and get out of this hell hole

That really is not fair that the same people get to have every holiday off. I would be upset also. Hope you get a new job before Christmas!

I hear ya! I just switched to weekends and, of course, they're on Saturday and Sunday- my shift! I just have to remind myself that I am done with school in May and then no more weekends! Hope you can work something out so maybe you can get one of them off!

I hate working holidays. I usually work thanksgiving. I'm per diem so I technically don't have to do anything. Hopefully FH will get me good insurance with his new job so I can work per diem forever =)

I work right now in a nursing home... but i can really work anywhere like a hospital or anything food service
