Ok the people that live two doors down from me the husband is NYC Detective. The wife stays home with their 3 kids. 7,5,3. They are the worst kids and she doesnt watch them. The 7 year old came to my house goes in my shed. Walks in my house takes cans of soda out. Takes the house in the front yard and sprays it in the window. ALL at my house. Then My dad was outside cooking on the grill. He tells him u have to go home ure gonna get hurt he wont leave finally he leaves comes back with a super soaker and sprays my dad. my dad went and had a fence put up in the 30 years my parents have lived here never have they had a fence. then the 5 year old rides her Razor scooter (so does the 3 year old) with no helmet nothing they ride it up and down th driveway my dad has no problem with that hes always said hed rather them play in his yard then in the street. Well the razor sccoter has no covers on the handle bars so the 5 year old falls off of it while riding Around my moms Brand new Benz (my father tells them not to ride around the car) puts a scratch on the car. My dad tells the mother and she says O well Get some buffer and it should come out..... Then the mother complains to my cousin (who lives in between us) that my dad is a grouchy old man. The other day im out side with a winter coat on and The 5 year old is walking across the lawn with shorts and short sleeves no socks no shoes the 3 year old has only a diaper on YUP only a diaper. What annoys me the most though is the fact that she doesnt feel her kids need to be buckled in. When the three year old was in the infant seat she would just put the seat on the floor and feel that was ok. She lets them sit in the front seat even the three year old. Nothing annoys me more then this With anyone! People in this world cant have kids and people like that are willing to throw them away! Well My FH just came home and says its a good thing u werent with me I said Why he goes because I just saw her and she had the 5 year old in the front seat with no seat belt and the three year old standing up behind the drivers seat but naked.. Enough is Enough.
Do u think im crazy? I want to call CPS

If you work with children *teacher's, day care workers, doctors nurses etc.* you must report any case of child abuse you suspect

You should call and make them come check it out. You don't know what might be going on inside the house. They probably wont take the kids away for this, but it might knock some sense into the parents. Plus it establishes a record of some sort to refer to in the future if need be.
As far as the kids harming your property, I would call the cops on that one.

uhmm
whats a mandated caller?
Ok... if you're concerned call.. it doesnt hurt.
Kids acting up however isnt gonna stop. There's nothing harmful to the child in letting them being monsters. *shrug*

a mandated reporter is someone that is obligated by the law to call cps if there is suspicion of neglect or abuse. teachers, doctors, social workers etc are all mandated reporters.

I too am a mandated reporter- I call cps at least 2 times a week.
They will not take the kids, but it might smarten mom up a bit to know she is being watched.
What she is doing is called neglect (failure to supervise).

!!!!!!
Maybe not harmful per se but monsterous children grow up to be monsterous adults...and these kids can be re-taught how to act properly. Going into someone's house uninvited is improper, hitting an adult with a super soaker is improper.....this lady sounds like she never wanted kids in the first place and isn't going to raise them properly or care for them properly.
I would call CPS but doubtful that the mother will change her ways. IF she cared in the first place this wouldn't be happening. She's not going to change......but someone else can change the kids behavior (ie: social worker maybe?)
I bet the father doesn't even realize what's going on....

I would definitly call! I too am a mandated reporter, and I would report this situation. Maybe the father doesnt know what is going on when he is not there, but this woman needs a good scare.
