This is horrible! Need help

I had my first fitting today and the dress didn't fit! I lost weight and worked out with weights a LOT, and so the dress fit perfectly around my hips and waist but wouldn't zip up the back by my bust. I gained 2 inches in my bust and it has to be from the chest presses. Well, they are going to fix the dress by putting a panel in and a corset since they can't let the dress out. But...I want to still work my triceps but NOT work my shoulders or back AT ALL. I can't do anything that will work my back or bust. What tricep exercises mainly isolate the triceps so I can firm them? Is there anything I can do to get my chest down?

I answered your other thread but I'll go into specifics here.

Take a look at this:

I do the 'french press' and 'nose crushers'. You can do the nose crushers while you're sitting too, you don't have to be laying down but the gravity makes you work for it more.

I said in the other thread that you should concentrate on cardio more too if you want to lose poundage. I do this cardio workout which is only a 1/2 hour:

Minna's Emergency Workout

And I've stopped doing any other toning except for legs and arms.

I also changed my diet this week and did 50 minutes of cardio and I lost 2 pounds.

I hope this helps!! And I hope you enjoy that shower, you deserve it.

Do cardio?

Of the exercises mentioned above, I would recommend the one with the cable. 'bring the weight down'. That way you will limit involving other major muscle of the back and chest. Make sure your arms do not move from your body side.

If you gained in your bust, it could be PMS weight. Have you started new birth control pills or something? I would look into a minimizer bra.

cardio is key

I started doing 60 minutes of cardio a day last week and lost 2 lbs

Okay girls, I'm a little scared. I don't want to gain a bunch of fat since I've stopped lifting. But I NEED to stop lifting so my chest goes down. Here's my plan. Please tell me if this is good:

1. Back on South Beach diet. Not the induction phase, but phase 2

2. Going to do ONLY cardio. But how many days a week should I do it?

3. I still have some fat on my upper arms. Should I do tricep dips, and kickbacks, or just try to lose fat by doing cardio? My tricep muscle's aren't bad, but I have fat over them still. What should I do?

weight training doesn't get rid of fat, it adds muscle.
To loose fat, do HIIT 2 days a week 20 minutes each session, and 2 steady state cardio sessions for 30 minutes + each week.

eat 6 small meals per day.
each meal need protein
stop eating cheese, unless it's cottagge sheese fat free, or hard cheeses.

only eat starchy carbs after a HIIT session, all other carbs should be veggies.

eat only clean, unprocessed foods.

eat your body weight x 13 or 14 for calories per day.

that's what I would do.
