This is so annoying. Please help

I'm desperately trying to find small (No more than 5 x 3.5inch) envelopes for my cry packs. The ones I found online are too big for a couple of tissues Michaels and AC Moore doesn't have them Any recs?

they're smaller than what I wanted but I guess I'll get them - no one else has em

I bought small vellum bags to stuff with rice they're about 5X2 and when I fold them, they're about 3X2. I got them on EBAY for about $3
