This is why I can't watch Platinum Weddings

Now I need to have uplighting and I don't want the RH cake anymore. I even had a nightmare about my cake last night.

FH said absolutely no to all my new demands but I might just go behind his back anyway and get them.

sometimes the djs include uplight mine will! the cake we are still debating...i said we shouldn't FH really wants ...i think we will have enough desserts we will have viennese hour

Oh i am definately doing uplighting!!!!! The RH cake you can have upgraded so dont worry about that!!

I can't watch that show.....some of the things they have on their make me sick hahah......i'll stick with rich bride poor bride...... :)

I know!! I can't watch it either!!! It's amazing I never knew what uplighting was but I feel like I must have it!!

Mine only includes basic lighting but I am goign to email him today.

Luckily my hall said bring in a picture of the cake and if it's nothing crazy we'll do it. I'm not looking for a 10 tier cake so it should be fine.

Luckily my hall just installed kenetic lighting for the walls so that won't be a extra expense.

For those of you thinking about doing it with ur dj ask them if they have portable kenetic lights. It's either just a little box about the size of a shoe box, or a long thing black light.

Btw.. the one the other night with david tuttera where the girl was really really tiny...

I LOOOVED her flowers! and i'm not big on flowers but wow!!

yeah cuz i went crazy on the dance lighting so it doenst make sense to do uplighting on anything else cuz it will be lost once the music goes. but we just wanted to make our table really pop for pictures

Sounds nice - all i have is basic lighting so i don't think if i get the uplighting it will look bad

platinum weddings is where i found uplighting!!! i just booked LI Sound last night and told them i HAVE to have uplighting!!!

i jus reserved the date ,so i still have to make my package, but it will have uplighting, the gobo with our monogram on the dancefloor, etc... lol

im trying to make a platinum wedding on a much less than platinum budget!!

platinum weddings is the reason why im obsessed with the idea of crystals in my flower CPs too! haven't even looked at florists yet, so we'll see how that idea goes LOL

Platinum weddings -- OY! That show turns me into a straight up hating person!!! I just can't be happy for them! LOL.

Plus yes -- I start thinking -- How much could a Swarovski Crystal be -- And i want to start bedazzling with Swarovski's everywhere. .
