I sell a lot of stuff on Ebay and have the same issues. I sold a really expensive bag for very cheap and I used it a handful of times. Some anal retentive lady sent me a question asking if it was dragged in the mud. I knew what I sent her and she b*tched that it wasn't as new as I said it was. I sold a really frayed Coach Carly bag and purposely state that it's not in the best of condition and people have no problems with it. People are annoying. I am selling a sh*tload of antiques on Ebay right now and everytime I sell stuff, I dread it.

if i have someone ask annoying questions or i just get the feel they are going to be a problem i put them on the blocked bidders list that way i don't have to worry about them causing drama later on

OMG i know! We used to have our b usiness and also had the store up on ebay.
They were somesigns and things that wereall professionally hand painted and personalized. The description said this too...
One time we get this nasty email saying 'HOW DARE we not tell them that the letters are NOT vinyl' so fh said 'Its hand painted, which is what it says on the site' she continued to b*tch!! Its almost as though they do not read!
