At lunch today my co-workers told me they can tell I have lost weight, they can tell around the waist since I have started in march!!! That makes me feel so good about myself...these shakes are paying off!!!!

And now I am able to go back to the gym...:) All my health issues are over!!! My first fitting will be in July!!!! I want to tone up more by then!!
