This may be a crazy question but...

How can you stop yourself from sweating under your dress? I went for my final fitting today and was sweating after 2 minutes! My legs were melting! Does anyone have advice on keeping cool under the dress?

actually i was really surprised that i wasn't hot at all under my dress, even though i sweated a TON during my fittings. i don't know if it was the moving around instead of standing still or just excitement of the day, but i had been really worried about it and never noticed it the whole night.

is Sam going to be your BA? cuz she was so amazing, she actually got on her knees and shook the bottom of my dress to fan some air up there. u probably started sweating so fast cuz its like 1000 degrees outside. it might be inevitible that u sweat- there's so many layers...

Ummm I was drenched under my dress, lol. It was almost 100% humidity the day of my wedding and as I was walking to take pics at the carousel my legs were literally dripping. I just ignored it though and focused on having fun.

well it was so effing hot today.

But what about having baby wipes handy, and spraying antiperspirant in strategic locations before you get dressed.

Spraying antiperspirant may work! I wonder if it would work on legs?

What about some baby powder? Baby powder usually does a great job of keeping you dry and its white so you don't have to worry about it getting on your dress!

make sure you put antiperspirant on THE NIGHT BEFORE.

it works best this way so it has time to get into your system. then obvs reapply on the day of.

but yeah baby powder is like magic.

I do not think there is any way to stop from sweating under your dress. I was sweating like crazy but it was really humid the day of my wedding. I do not remember sweating at all during my fittings.
