Your RH might provide the tent placecards....or you can make them on your own.
LeslieMike use business card stock to make hers, which is a great idea.

You can just buy cardstock and a paper cutter and print them yourself - you can use a label template that is the size you want, and then just cut them to size ... cheapest way I know!
Jen if you want I can email you my template, I started on this to get an idea of what I wanted.

Re: This may sound like a dumb question...
we got ours at staples, and i printed on them w/ my laser printer at work. our RH supplied them also, but you had to hand write those in, and both DH and i have absolutely awful handwriting.

You can make them yourself (what I did) or the party stores sell the really basic ones.
How did you make your own?
I set up a template in MS Word and I put our monogram in the upper left hand corner. I bought really nice paper from Kate's Paperie and printed them out at work once everyone had left for the day Then I cut them myself using a paper cutter I borrowed from my BM. Then I had my guests names written on them by a calligrapher.
