Weep not, for I will continue to post long after I am married, for I hath no life. hehe I'm posting this 4 days b4 the big day, cause it's my last day of work and I don't know if I'll be on too much between now and then, so I wanted to get my long winded goodbye done!
This is so surreal....typing this to you all. For the longest time I never thought this day would come, and now that it's fast approaching, I kind of wish I had more time!

For 2 loooong years, Pete and I have been planning on this day, and I just know that even though it will go by at lightning speed, it will be worth the wait, cause on Sunday, I will be marrying the most wonderful man I could ever have asked for. (And of course, he's pretty damn lucky too!)
First and foremost, I wish to thank Ron, Liz, Kim and the entire staff at LIW for creating this website. I just can not say how much this place has helped me in the process of planning my wedding. Originally I had different vendors before I came here, and ultimately I wound up cancelling some, when I found better ones thru the many recommendations this site offers. Don't worry, I'll still come on here to make you all laugh, cause I know I've given you all many many chuckles. (JOE MOMMA & JOE DADDY IS GETTING MARRIED!)

Now, I just HAVE to give the biggest shout out to all my 2007 brides! Nothing against any of the other boards, but I really loved the '07 board more than anything else. Not just because it's full of fellow 07 brides, but because we just clicked so well together. I've made some great friends on here, and I know I'll be hanging out with these girls waaay past when their weddings happen!
Thank you so much to all these ladies in particular, our little 'crew'; the countless pages of FM's we've all shared and laughed over so many things, have helped me get thru the hard times. I wanted to say a little something to those of you, who are close to my heart:
Heather (soontobemrsvpt) - I knew you before I knew LIW, you are my south shore ghetto hood rat! I'll never forget the first time we met, and you were next to me at D&B, turning red from laughing so damn hard at my craziness. I hope to make you laugh for years to come! Stay up biotch, west siiiiiiide! A---Veeeeee!

Nina (duh!) - MUÑECA!!!!! I'm so happy that we were able to meet and hang out that one time at the Bridal Extravaganza and after-party. Your FMs have always brought a smile to my face, and I know that if you were in NY, we'd be chilling and cooking up some arroz con gandules, pernil, and churrasco!

Penny (lilqtpie)- PIMP MY WEDDING!!!!!!! haha! We hit it off from the moment we met at Nina's GTG (that of course she couldn't make it to!) You and Angelo are perfect for each other, and I can't wait to see all the wonderful pics from your pimped out wedding! So glad I got to meet you and chill out together, cause we've had some hilarious times. On my wedding day, if anything goes wrong, I think I'm gonna bring along a picture of Angelo giving the finger with the caption, 'Go f*** yourself!'

Lastly, I must say that thru all this planning and such, if I can pass on one piece of advice, just remember ladies....it's NOT about the aisle runners, petal cones, plasma screen displays, tiaras, etc. So don't sweat the small stuff, cause in the end it won't matter if the florist is late or didn't put 24 roses in the CP's only 22, or if there's a tiny miniscule spot on your dress that NO ONE will notice but you. When I marry on Sunday, I am going to forget everything else, look into Pete's eyes and say 'I do!' and not even if Jesus himself tried to steal my thunder by his 2nd coming....I wouldn't fret. (I might throw down with him though)

Anyone who wants to crash my ceremony, it's at 11:15 a.m. at Watermill Caterers in Smithtown. There are some LIW brides attending the wedding itself, but hey, I wouldn't mind more faces seeing us getting hitched!!!!
