I know a lot of bars have private rooms you can do this in.. I would start looking by calling around those.

I don't know of any. Generally they don't want bare feet so I doubt bare booties are allowed.

I hate to be a dream crusher, but due to FDA restrictions, I highly doubt it...I could be wrong though, so it's never a bad thing to ask a few restaurants! .

Well....depends on where your looking. I see no problem with it in a bar's private room. We have a lot of places in the Bx that it would work....its not like they are completely full frontal (dang...lol) so i doubt there would be health code problems. Why not try a strip club, or a tranny bar like Lips or Lucky Changs.
