we plan on having our e-party memorial day weekend of next year, so do I have to send out stds. The guests from Dominican Republic are going to get their invites almost a year in advance, but I still don't know if I should send them out. Please help. Trying to cut corners where ever I can. Thanks in advance.

I would think not, esp. if the invites are going out a year in advance, that gives them plenty of time. STD's are nice, but by no means necessary IMO.

Since your sending them their invites a year in advance, I don't think you need to send them STD's. However, if you would like to do something for the rest of the family, maybe you could come up with some kind of STD that can be attached to favors at your e-party. Whatever you give them, maybe you could attach a STD card or magnet to it.

I've never even heard of sending STD's for an e-party, honestly. I don't think it's really necessary, either.

I'd send them in January or February to be on the safe side...and there are plenty of ways to cut corners, $wise!!
