This nose-blower next to me is getting on my nerves

This guy in the office next to me sneezes and blows his nose like every 5 minutes. Everytime I go to take a sip of my coffee or eat some cereal I hear 'waaaaachoo!.......bwwwwwthwpppp'

that is gross, but haven't you ever had a cold and couldn't help it? you can't run to the restroom every 5 minutes!!

It's not a cold - he does this EVERY day! I think he has morning allergies or something. He seems to only do it in the mornings. It's still nasty though!
