i stress now, i can only imagine the few months leading up to the wedding!! - esp. when everyone wants their payments in cash!!

This morning FH got upset about me because i asked him can we elope and go to dinner just the two of us afterwards. He said i should have said this a long time ago. When its all said and done we all will look back at this day and smile. I hope

Yeah I am cutting costs by doing the Stds and invitations myself with with my friend.. and makeup and hair will be done at a local salon.. whereever I can save the better it is...

You're not alone. After writing out the check for my third payment to the catering hall last night, I had a nightmare last night that time sped forward to the day of the wedding and I didn't have any vendors final payments with me! I asked my mom to go to the bank and lend me money but she didn't have anywhere near enough money to pay anyone It will all work out in the end otherwise you can join me and FH under the Queens Bridge with our pretty wedding gifts when we can no longer afford to pay rent.

Yeah uh..38 days away and still struggling ...we may have to borrow from parents and pay back with our gifts...sux but we expected to break even right from the start anyway...

Same here...paying back whatever we borrowed from our wedding gifts...we will be left with nothing! But I know it will all be worth it

I'm with you ladies its beyond overwhelming. We have just paid deposits and a few extra's and 2 payments for the RH and we have spent soooo much money!!! I need a money tree!!!

Weddings are expensive! That is for sure!!!
I get sick to my stomach when I think about all of the little things that are going to be coming up in the next 11 months. For the most part, we have saved a decent amount of money, but I'm worried that we're forgetting about everything else that will come up
