Will someone explain exactly what this dermablend is because I am contemplating getting mine completely removed . . .but I'm afraid of scarring. Please God, tell me that this Dermablend stuff is an alternative . . .and also tell me that it will work on my DARK skin!!!

radiostar, it's makeup coverup for scars, tatoos, etc.... It will work on your dark skin b/c you go and they match it to your skin. You can get a trial done on your tattoo at Macy's. Try on 34th street, I KNOW they will do it for you there.

When I got mine done, it dried withing like 2 minutes, and I tried to rub it off, My sister also rubbed it hard for me, and it did not come off at all.
I had on a white blouse and it never rubbed off. To take it off, we had to use a makeup remover solution thingy.

What helps it dry so good is this white powdery thing they sell along with it. You have to put it on after the colored one, and it doesnt come on white, it blends right in, but I think it's some kind of drying agent that seals it.

I'll be able to be more specific after I buy mine.

I was at the dermablend counter last night at the Macys on 34th street. The lady who helps you find your color etc had already gone home :(. Where did you get your supplies? Was the rep good at putting on a sample for you to see how the finished product will look?

I did it at 34th street on a Saturday afternoon.
SHe was great, patient, and she did a very good job, she took her time.
I didn't buy it at that time b/c I was very very tanned over the summer, and I wanted to make sure I got the right color.
I'm trying to go tomorrow to do it again, and this time to buy it.
