Thnigs to do on LI?

My mom is coming to visit. She's been here a few times already, and done the tourist thing in the City.
I am looking for places to go on LI that are interesting. We've been to the Vanderbilt Estate on the North Shore and the wineries aren't her thing - any suggestions? Nothing too crazy - she's 76.

I went to the Teddy Roosevelt estate recently in Woodbury I think (not sure) It was interesting.

Take her to the outlets.....

Take her to greenport, and walk around the village....you can also take a ferry to shelter Island.

What is she into?
