you can definitely go look/buy without an appointment.

but if you want thomas to help you pick stuff, then you need to make an appt with him.

Nooo I called up ahead of time and asked if I needed an appt and they said no, I showed up and his wife helped me and I got beautiful stuff, just go ahead, especially if you know what you want already!

usually you can just walk in, but appointmes are better onlyl because you ensure one on one time, but they wont turn you away if you dont have an appt

You can definitely walk in...I went on a Saturday afternoon and was the only one in there. I just had to make an appt if I wanted to meet with Thomas himself.

you only need an appt. if you want to ensure he is 100% there. You can go take your chances with seeing him, or if you knoww hat you want already, you can just go in! Have fun!
