I have an appointment soon with Thomas Knoell and I wanted to know how the process works. Do you have to pay for your jewelry upfront or do you leave a deposit and then pay for the rest when you pick it up? TIA

i had to pay for half when i ordered it and the other half when i picked them up

hmm...i believe I left a deposit...i'm not much help lol with all the money I'm dishing out I forget haha....Call them, usually his wife, Raquel is there and she would know if you asked....you can prob. call anonymously...I remember picking the pieces up and paying like 1,000ish but I don't remember if that was just the whole total (but I bought 3 things so dont get scared with the price)
