We got out epics yesterday and he mentioned that Tony would call us in JUly to go over the must take photo lists. Should I write out a list now so I have something to send him/email him? How did you girls do it? Do I just make a list of family that I want in the pictures or the styles of pictures I want. So confused. Thanks!

Definitely have a list. I gave a verbal list over the phone, and I don't think I was specific enough, or thought I didn't have to be, and there are quite a few shots that I would have liked to have that I didn't get. So I don't think you can ever be too specific.

OK thanks! Did Tom take family pictures during the reception? He mentioned that too..Family pictures after dinner, which I thought was odd. I'd rather get them down in CH, so as to not interfere with dancing and the party.
What shots did you miss? Sorry about that!

No, all of our family pictures were taken at our houses before hand and before CH. We weren't pulled out of CH or the reception for family pictures. We were only pulled out the last 5-10 or so minutes of CH to get some pics in the room by ourselves.
The missed shots were just a few little detail shots, like no drink menu, no shot of my actual favor (just the photo upload cards), ribbon wands at the church, and a lot of the standard getting ready shots they do (looking over the bouquet, etc.), but my hair/makeup woman really effed up my schedule so we didn't have a lot of time for getting ready shots and that probably contributed to it.
Just have your list and you should be fine!

oh wow - I didn't think you'd need to get that detailed! I figured the favor shots menu shots etc were standard! I figured that when you gave them a list it was only a list of family pictures, and not actual pictures on objects. that changes everything! Sorry to hear that you had a lot of missed shots!
